Tai Chi & Chi
Kung
Costs are just to cover the hall hire and will depend on
numbers. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art, originated approx. 1000
years ago
and has great physical and metal health benefits.
Chi Kung or Qi Gong
is a series of exercises using postures, movement sequences, meditation
and mind.
